TRUDON YELLOW PAGES is submitting fictitious orders to TELKOM

On viewing the company's TELKOM SEP20 statement I knew that something was amiss.

Checking the details, I saw that that there was an extra charge for : Directory Entries - WP 2020 Cape Town WP for R204.00 (01 of 12 payments)

On contacting TELKOM Business Enquiries on 01OCT20 I was asked to take it up directly with TRUDON at ***. When calling this number the automated message said that thanks to COVID it is no longer functioning and you must send an email to *** or submit a query on their website. I chose to send an email. No response. On 04SEP20 I sent another email without a response. TELKOM has no concerns with this while TRUDON does not give a damn.
