Trudon Yellow pages getting away with a ****

Trudon billed me R1600 without my consent. R800 for 2 months. I have cancelled this telephone line a month ago so I can't get any adverting benefit from them. I have sent an email to their customer care dept and got a reference number but they fail to contact me. Question is where can you complain? I see on Facebook the name of their MD is Lunga Siyo. Their Facebook page is a farce. You don't see complaints. He even mentions values of honesty and integrity. Maybe we should start a Facebook group to expose these ******, and lobby the government to take action.
