Trudon (Yellow Pages) *****
I am owner of Telkom number ***, i have had a contract with them for over 4 years now. About 4 months back i started receiving debits on my Invoice from Telkom for R696. The first month (June) i did not notice what it was for but paid the amount so that i can get my service running. When this happened the following month (July) i decided to visit Telkom offices and find out what exactly was going on. I found out that i had a contract with Trudon (Yellow Pages), which i had no knowledge of. i queried it and they gave the numbers one a 011 number and another an 086 number, both of which were never answered, i was only given an email: *** to send my query and i did but until this day, it has not been answered. i weent back to Telkom offices last weekend the 18th September 2021 and i was told that i joined the Trudon contract in February. I have never joined anything from them and they know that, so i wish for them to cancel that ********** Subscription they have and credit my Telkom account with all the money they charged plus the interest it has incurred. This Trudon (Yellow Pages) company is full of ********** and ********* and i wish that they can be find out and dealt with accordingly because they are killing my business and i do not even know of them. Please assist me.

22 Sept 2021, 09:27I would appreciate it very much because i had to go on this platform for your organization to respond, and take my matter serious, Telkom has even sent me a message that they will cut off my service if i do not pay them R1653.27 which is caused by your organization and your ********* practice.

22 Sept 2021, 12:55Thank you, as i told your consultant who contacted me earlier, the balance of R2487.25 owing to Telkom needs to be sorted out by your organization within 48 hours because Telkom is already telling me they me they will cut off my service if i do not pay immediately. The amount stated here is R696 x 3 plus interest incurred over the last 3 months of you debiting my account. I will be happy if that is what you mean by "the query will be resolved shortly" .

I am still waiting for a phone call let alone payment of funds already deducted from my contract with Telkom.
