Trudon Yellow pages entries not being cancelled after numerous requests

Have been trying since September 2020 to have Web2050Info3 IYP and Info2050 Info3 TYP cancelled that is being billed on my telkom account No luck just receiving a lot of ticket numbers: ***9, 189931, 189482, 189481 but no one is actually contacting us (A support representative will be in touch shortly) This is ridiculous in the meantim I am not willing to pay my telkom account any longer because of this and now telkom has suspended my 2 emails address that is linked to this account due to none payment Yellow pages owes me a credit of now almost R 2500.00 Please could someone contact me urgently
