Hi Harriet,

I am tired of waiting for responses regarding the reversal of the ********** charges that Trudon suppose to reverse on my Telkom account. You said on e-mail that you will get back to me by no later than Friday the 18 February 2022 however I have not received any e-mail as yet regarding the reversal of the ******* charges on my account. Its simple, all they have to do is reverse the ********** charges that they have *******ly billed my account for directory services from September 2021 until December 2021 which I have never consented to. If I don't get any response soon I am on the verge of taking this matter to the next level.
