Hi Harriet,

I listened to the "authorization recording" and it makes absolute no sense how this recording is related to myself or my account.

Firstly I am not the person who your consultant was talking to.

Secondly I do not work for or manage any Sassa branch or office.

Thirdly this landline of mines which is registered is my private land line at my residence and not a business line and most definitely not one belonging to Sassa.

Fourthly, where in the recording does it state that your consultant called my specific landline.

Finally, that is not a recording of my voice.

So in saying all of the above it makes absolute no sense how this specific recording is tied to me and is my "Supposed Authorization"

The ********** directory services has been cancelled from my Telkom account, however the ********** amount of R2700.00 I have been *******ly billed for is still reflecting on my account from September 2021 and is not reversed from my Telkom account currently. I would like all the ******* charges for directory services to be removed or reversed from my account immediately since Trudon started billing my Telkom account.

As I have said previously if this matter is not resolved as soon as possible I will take this matter further.
