Trudon White Pages not cancelled

I have been attempting to cancel my white pages subscription which is billed through my Telkom account since November 2019.

I have been communicating with Bianca Delport since December 2019, and she said it would be terminated. I was told I would be billed until April 2020 (2019 billing). However I see I am now being charged for the 2020 charges from April 2020 (1 of 12 in April 2020, and 2 of 12 in June 2020). I never accepted any contract for 2020, and would like the 2020 charges to cease, and be refunded for the 2 charges deducted. I have emailed and phoned your company, and do not get any replies.

Can someone please contact me to resolve this issue.
