Trudon UNAVAILABLE FOR ANY QUERIES

I have been hounded by Nu debt which are debt collectors for Trudon, the crazy thing is they cant even give me a statement or invoice of what i apparently owe, this contract was cancelled in 2019 and they still continuing to debit my bank acc, I cannot get through to anyone at trudon they do not answer and do not respond to calls this is beyond frustrating and so unprofessional
