Trudon Unauthorized Subscriptions on Telkom Account

Good Day, We have attempted to cancel UNAUTORHIZED directory entries on our Telkom account. We are know being charged a total of R589.00 per month for new entries we have no knowledge of. No one at telkom can help...and after multiple calls and sending letters to customercare at Trudon we are still being charged.

The sales people call our offices and do not take no for an answer. We as Estate Agency do not require yellow pages or white pages advertising. Also, we have not signed any contracts with trudon and according to Trudon it was confirmed telephonically, and the recordings can be sent as proof. Whenever agents call we say send something in writing and we will confirm. It is against company policy to bind the company to contracts verbally, everything must be writing.

We request that Trudon contacty our offices urgently, refund our money, email the recordings as promised and most important review the way their call center agents confirm contracts in future. This is ********!
