Trudon - Unauthorized Billing

<p> We are a small business and have the same problem as all the other Trudon complaints on Hello Peter. We never signed up for (WP 2016 CAPE TOWN WP (CPE),) which has been coming off our account since July 2015, and are now being billed for Web 2050 Mobile Navigation PIN as well.<br /><br />Yesterday I was pleased to receive a call from a ****ra from Trudon, checking my White Pages details, which I immediately asked her to cancel, and got a reference number # ********** 7. She then offered me a Yellow Pages contact which I declined. I later looked at my Telkom account and discovered that I already have a new contract coming off my account which I never signed for (Web 2050 Mobile Navigation PIN). I called Trudon today, and managed to get an email address ********** out of the switchboard operator, who weirdly wouldnt give me her name. <br /><br />So I have left a message for ****ra and emailed with no response and when I tried to phone Trudon again, it just rang and rang. </p>
