TRUDON - UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTI*****TS

After numerous telephonic conversations and emails TRUDON regarding the cancellations of the unauthorized Adverti*****ts being deducted from our Telkom Account…

The Voice Recording that we received from Trudon .... was between Trudon and our employee whom was not an authorized person to accept the phone call or confirm approval of any adverti*****ts for Trudon.

The representative from Trudon used clever and ********* means to confirm details and thereby seeking approval without confirming whether or not that person had any authority at our company to discuss the adverti*****ts.

We had no knowledge of these accounts, due to Trudon speaking to an unauthorized employee.

We have no Contracts, no signature of approval for these adverti*****ts and no paperwork, therefore there was no authorized approval from our company.

We request that all of these contracts be cancelled with immediate effect and to stop all deduction of these adverti*****t payments from our Telkom Account due to us having no approval or signed documentation from our side linking us to any contracts with Trudon. We did not agree to any of the payment terms or anything to do with these adverti*****ts.
