Trudon trying to ******* Pensioner

I recently received a call from a Trudon consultant in September. He smoothly informed me about a new advertising InSync promo they have. I made it very clear to him that I was not impressed with their ********* business cons. He assured me this new one was completely different. I told him I would look at a proposal and if happy confirm, but definitely, solely on a month to month basis, emphasised I would not enter into any contract. On the 8th September received a confirmation from a Ndaba Nkomo General Manager, Customer Fulfilment. I immediately responded by return E-Mail advising that I want immediate cancellation as this was not agreed to and was false and misleading response. To date, and several E-mails to him and his department no response. Only now to receive a Telkom account with a bill for R200 for contract. Please be aware of this **** and dishonest business practice. Naturally all avenues available to me will be taken to cancel this irregularity.
