Trudon & Telkom are money *****ers & ********!

I have been trying to cancel this subscription since November 2020, after having these services activated under misleading terms! Trudon refers me to telkom, and Telkom is completely ignoring my multiple emails! Both companies customer services are pathetic and nonexistent! My line has been suspended by Telkom for refusal to pay this unwanted subscription, despite me explaine and pleading to have this service canceled and refunded! This is how these companies survive, by *****ing money from their customers! I request that this service be terminated and my full refund given back! Can a senior manager with authority please contact me to have this matter urgently sorted!
