Trudon Strikes again

<p>I have yet to come across a less ethical and more frustrating company. They very charmingly phone businesses, speak to staff members unauthorised to sign contracts and by means of dubious marketing practises, get them to agree over the phone to 'contracts' which are then invoiced to the company's telephone account (TELKOM this is your bad too!) It is almost impossible to stop this and Telkom says that Trudon has to reverse the charges and there is nothing they can do. From what I can see online this is a problem experienced by thousands of people. </p> <p>In 2015 I went through a grueling process of reversing these invoices, only after posting on Hello Peter did they finally agree plus refunded the monies that had been ********ly charged to my telephone account. At this time I confirmed in writing that I was the only person authorised to enter into contracts on any of my businesses. Lo and behold, they have again popped up with a similar '****', requestin g that I pay them R1800 for a 'contract' which was 'approved' on the telephone with a supervisor of mine. Although I provided them with the history, they have refused to reverse this and are threatening me with legal action if I do not pay. I definitely will not be paying this in principle. </p>
