Trudon -solution if they have Signed Up Your Business

This company institutes contracts without contacting business owners and misrepresents facts - Devan from Trudon called my staff and told them that I had given permission for the staff member to make financial decisions for the business. They also discussed a ‘renewal’ of a contract - that did not exist in the first place. After telling my staff member that he is calling specifically to Update Details of the business, he goes on to sneakily throw in some details about cost without explicitly saying that he is offering a new contract that I did not know about at all. I was not personally aware of any of this prior to receiving an emailed invoices and demand for payment. A SOLUTION FOR BUSINESSES WHO HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE- GET RID OF YOUR TELKOM LINE. USE ANOTHER PROVIDER. THEN TRUDON CANNOT THREATEN TO CUT YOUR LINE IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THESE CONTRACTS. I HAVE DONE THIS AFTER A TRUDON EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST. AND I HAVE NO REGRETS. Just a suggestion, until Trudon starts to behave professionally. Trudon -please in the future- send out a professional email offering of your services, and be upfront about what you are offering and what it costs. Do not try to fool people, and if someone does not want your services then too bad. Do something more to attract customers rather than resorting to dirty tricks. And when someone points out to you that the procurement of the contract was irregular- for obvious reasons, then look at it objectively and cancel the contract. Simple. Like any other professional service who prides itself on what it does.
