TRUDON - ******** AND PUTTING CONTRACTS ON ACCOUNTS WITHOUT AUTHORITY

Telkom Management where complaints have been esculated do not respond. The yellow pages/white pages put contracts on our statements - which I am not paying as I requested last year not to put our names on their lists. They gave it to me in writing Cecilia Bok and then end of November they have put on over R900 on the account. Yellow pages do not have staff working there as they have not responded to any of the e-mails and their telephone line no on answers. Telkom your name is going down the drain due to these people.
