Please stay away from this company. If I could give ZERO stars I would. In October 2021, a lady contacted me saying that they wanted to update my business details. I gave her the info she needed but she didn’t advise me that there is a charge to all of this. From December they have started charging my Telkom account. Telkom representatives don’t even know much about this company. There isn’t any telephone number to contact. Emails are not rep**** too. Telkom says that they can’t cancel or block this account. All this was done without my consent. This is *****. If I don’t pay my Telkom bill they threaten me by cutting my services. Why must I pay for something I never agree too. I can’t believe Telkom associate themselves with such lowlifes.
