Trudon ****

Really I cannot believe that this company continue to exist.

In December I was phoned and basically ****med as there is no other words to describe this company.

The person that phoned just did not want to accept NO for an answer as we are a small business and cannot afford the R7200 that they were charging.

To get her to back off I told her to send me an email so that it could be reviewed. To my surprise in January I saw that Trudon went ahead and activated the contract?????Why I dont know??? Emailing or phoning the callcentre does not help because you just get the standard response that they will get back to us that never happens.

I want to cancel this otherwise I will just cancel my Telkom account.

This company really need to be held responsible for the blatant way that they **** people into this even when they say no.
