Trudon ****!!!

We received our Sept 2016 Business Statement from Telkom via email yesterday, this was after various requests for them to send it to us. I got a shock when I saw that we have new contract (Web 2050 Mobile Ad Network ********** 793955 - 01 of 01 payments). We have no idea what this is for because we have not subscribed or signed for it! When I contacted Telkom with whom we have the account, the consultant told me that we must have signed for this, he will however get Trudon to contact us regarding this matter. I googled this and saw how people were being ********** by Trudon, and only if you contact them and ask them to reverse the charges, only then will it be done. I feel very sorry for those who won't pick it up on their accounts, you will not be refunded. What a **** and Telkom is responsible for this. Our account is with Telkom, not with Trudon, so who gave Trudon access to our account!! Needless to say that we have not been contacted by Trudon yet!!

Thank you for nothing! I received an email from Trudon on 10 October 2016, where they confirm that the credit to my account has been processed. Well, today, 10 days later I contacted Telkom call centre Trudon has not reversed their ******** charges yet! How long does it take?

We received this email from Trudon today, 25/10/2016:
Dear Business Partner
In the last few weeks we have picked up that there has been an error on the billing of a number of our customers. Your business has been included in this error.
This was a once off billing, for being a part of an historic innovation on Election Day held on August 3 and against our "It's our business to grow your business" promise. Trudon, along with Telkom and the IEC, rolled out free Wi-Fi to around 1 000 polling stations across the country enabling voters, via the SmartYellow app, to browse the Internet for free and importantly, find local businesses like yours. Our mobile Ad Exchange Network registered customers on the SmartYellow site on the day, thereby providing exposure to your business.
An automated email and opt-in system notified customers regarding this initiative, allowing the customer to opt-in or decline. Through post evaluation of this campaign we picked up that customers who did not opt-in were also billed. We therefore have undertaken the corrective measures to credit the amount to your account.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
Kind regards
What utter nonsense it this? Just rectify our account, that's all we're interested in!
