TRUDON REFUSE TO BUDGE ON THEIR BOTCHED AD

As a client of Trudons for 30 years, We are disgusted that after almost a year of haggling about our botched Yellow Pages ad (last year), they insult us by offering us 25% discount. We are not interested in a he said/she said scenario!!! We did NOT receive a proof - because it was NOT sent to OUR email address! We have proved that Trudon have the incorrect email address on their files and yet they insist that we have to pay for the ad. We did not authorise Trudon to bill our Telkom account either!!! Yet every month of non payment, Telkom authorised by Trudon, cut our business line in an attempt to force us to pay. ! The fact that we have lost 95% of our business over the last year as a result of their botched ad, doesn't seem to bother them! Trudon cannot insist that a client pay for something they DID NOT APPROVE!!! We are willing to test our case with the National Consumer Commission and have lodged a complaint with them!
