Trudon not recording payments and double billing
I reported to Hellopeter in December 2015 that Trudon is not recording my payments and double billing me. This report was ignored by Trudon. Natasha Moodley is supposedly responsible for my account, but I am never able to get hold of her. Countless other members of staff have promised to leave messages with her to phone me, but I never ever heard from her. How am I supposed to fix this matter is I never hear from Trudon? I can give dates and amounts paid, but there is nobody to give them to. I am definitely up to date with my payments and can prove it. Please can Poppette Gundan phone me back and assist me.
