Trudon keeps billing me for a service I requested to be stopped months ago!

I have been emailing, phoning and complaining for several months now to stop deductions on my Telkom bill. Every time I get told to email the statement in question- and nothing happens. The next month another amount gets added.

I have asked this to be stopped 3 months ago and demanded a refund for the months that has still gone off- but get no response at all. This is ****************! It is totally unacceptable that they just carry on and still get their money- no matter how unhappy people are. I will have to next cancel my Telkom account- but cant see why I have to be inconvenienced because of Trudon - it is *********!
