Trudon is the WORST COMPANY EVER IN SERVICE

Can't give 0 stars unfortunately. Trying to confirm a cancellation of subscription before they "renew" it again without proper consent. So far I did the following: Spoke to Telkom: Pass the buck (it's value added services...NOT) Called ********** : (Customer NOTcare) Auto answer tells me I've reached them out of hours (Yet it's Monday 12:06) Held on for 25min (NO ANSWER) Called ********** : (Listed as local Cape Town Office) This one just rings, NO ANSWER Called ********** : Phoned this one 3 times selecting options 1 and 2 Both options CALL JUST DROPS (NO ANSWER) Called ********** : (listed as East London Office) Hey I got to speak to someone, she would not tell me her name, she also could not help me. "You have to check with our customer care department ( ********** 569)" but she will transfer me.......This was at more or less 13:15 and guess what?? STILL HOLDING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 30 minutes and counting..... DISGUSTED IN THE LEVEL OF NONE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY

Do these guys still exist?
