TRUDON is manipulating their Telkom association and the COVID pandemic - disgusting!

This is the second time in one year that Trudon has taken the liberty to charge FMS after making one phone call. This, despite the fact that I told them explicitly at least three times during the call: NO, we will not take up this offer. You already charged us *******ly for 12 months for a previous listing. Trudon totally misuses their association with Telkom who collect funds on their behalf. Telkom just shrugs enquiries off. Trudon NEVER replies to emails and if you call them, after 5 minutes it just cuts out. It is a total disgrace and a huge frustration having to deal with this issue every six months while they get away with an income of R 2 400+ on every order. We are seriously considering taking Trudon to court.
