Trudon impossible to cancel very poor service

Have been trying to call to cancel Directory Services for about 12 months, the internet is full of numbers that do not work, calling 10118 results in getting 10210 which does not get answered. I have received 2 calls from Trudon Agents, in the past 3 months who have verbally agreed to cancellations and promised to email me proof of cancellation but I never get any emails and the amount due of the account remains unchanged. This is exceptionally BAD service and I am deeply sorry that we ever agreed to this service which is proving impossible to cancel
