TRUDON *******LY RAISE DEBIT ORDERS VIA TELKOM

I have written 2 emails to Trudon on 1st and 5th Feb. I have not had a reply.

I called Trudon on 15 Feb and spoke with Thole at around 11h20. I have been billed for a White Pages listing which I cancelled by email on 21 Sep 2015 at 8.40pm.
Thole put me on hold and verified that the email had been received at Trudon but that it was too late to cancel.
I advised that I had received the first proof of the listing on that same day i.e. 21st Sept and cancelled the same day. Accordingly there should be no liability for the listing!
Thole advised that the opportunity to cancel expired on 4 Sept when the print deadline closed. I requested escalation of my complaint. Thole consulted Charleen Basson, her supervisor, who advised that I should lodge my complaint on email. I did this

I did not order the listing. I was advised by the canvasser that I would get a proof for final commitment. I got the proof and cancelled forthwith.

I do not accept the debit / invoiced amount that has been raised on my Telkom account. I requested that the amount be reversed, the debited amount of R692 +VAT and monthly thereafter R164 +VAT. I requested that no further debits be raised. Debit Orders still arise
