Trudon *******ly adding my listing..

I cancelled all advertising or listings with Trudon. Then their sales rep calls, and talks to my manager, asking to confirm our letter of cancellation. Then asks if any of our company details have changed. My manager says they must confirm with the account holder as she is not authorized, Trudon replies that they will send me a confirmation email. No confirmation letter was sent, no follow up, no contracts or even proofs to sign off. Yet the next month I am billed for services I expressly told them I do not want. They are a bunch of ********* who will gladly chat to anybody in your organization then use that as a recorded contract. Plus what their rep says we will be billed per month, doubled on the phone bill! Another deception. I am amazed they are allowed to continue doing business.
