Trudon Frustration and No Results

We have been struggling for more than a year to cancel a contract and receive credit on a contract that was renewed *********ly. The new contract was never discussed. After numerous phone calls and emails all we have is frustration. No one returns our calls or takes any action to resolve the problem. Telkom refers us to Trudon, but Trudon doesn't care to assist.
