Trudon *****elently charging my Telkom Account

<p>After, out of the blue, my Telkom account being charged with directory charges, web charges, info charges, mobi site charges I managed to get hold of Telkom accounts department. Telkom simply just washed their hands and advised me to get in touch with Trudon to resolve the matter. Wait a minute, who the hell is Trudon? I have no business with them. Sorry sir, we cannot do anything about it............Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>In desperation to resolve the matter of my Telkom account that is now in arrears, I tried to get hold of Trudon. No such luck! Try to call them......just music playing with no one answering any phone calls at any stage. Try to email them, even less luck... 3 emails later and with no response at all. What a joke of a business is this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trudon has for the past 3 months *****elently and unilaterally charged my Telkom account with R810 for directory charges et al which I certainly have not requested or will ever need. This is *****! With Telkom hiding behind Trudon and vice versa and nobody at all from either organisation to resolve the matter. What a shame. No what a sham, they should end up in jail for this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
