Trudon does not reply to e-mails

About two years ago I changed my telephone number and the new information was e-mailed to Trudon. When the telephone book appeared my particulars were missing. A year later, despite various e-mails, my particulars are still not in the phone book. Trudon keep on to acknowledge receipt of e-mails but do nothing about implementing the requests. After two years people still cannot contact me if they don't have my number - because Trudon don't publish it. Pathetic.
