Trudon Charges on my Telkom Bill - *****?!
Our business has been invoiced monthly via our Telkom account by Trudon for Web 2050 Info3 IYP. A service that we do not want and have no record of applying for. We have tried contacting Trudon to cancel this service, but cannot find a telephone number or email address that works. I have tried directly replying to Patricia Mkhonza, which they suggest we try to contact if we have any queries, but apparently this email address does not exist. I will not pay for a service I did not apply for, or use!

Whilst my account did reflect the credit, I once again have received an invoice along with a billing consent form. Using my supernatural powers of deduction, I have determined with near infinitesimal doubt that nothing has been cancelled. What I am assuming is that Trudon is temporarily stemming the negative reviews of their company by giving people a false impression that they have resolved their errors when in fact, nothing is being done at all. Trudon can be likened to a political party in the sense that they say they have fixed something when essentially nothing has happened.
As for dear Patricia Mkhoza, who is the credit controller of Trudon, she either does not exist, or is some poor woman that has become so jaded by Trudon exploiting her email address that she is simply ignoring any form of contact.
With 430 one star reviews, one would think that they would do something about the truly abysmal service. My assumption is that they do not care what reviews they are getting.
Let's see if this changes when the media gets involved.
