Trudon Charges on my Telkom Bill

I've been having issues for the past couple of months with my line being cut and when I've looked at my Telkom bill it states I'm being charged R 1270.95. This is for services referenced as "Web 2050Info3 IYP". I have not requested these services but I am being charged for it.

I have tried without any success to contact Trudon or get Telkom to remove the charges. Can someone from Trudon please contact me on ***. It is a matter of urgency as my entire business is at a standstill for the past week with no telephone or internet connection.
