Trudon Cancellation Complaint

After numerous phone calls and emails requesting cancellation of the subscription (which we didn't receive any response or feedback), Rihana from Trudon phoned us today to renew the subscription for the next edition. We had requested previously that Trudon do not phone us to renew, so even that request was ignored. We tried to phone the call center ( ********** & ********** ) to speak to a manager, the phone rings and then is picked up and dropped. According to Rihana only a Member or Director of the company can authorize the cancellation, but previously they accepted that the manager (not a Member or Director) could renew the subscription. Their service is terrible.
