Trudon as an organisation has failed an still persists to fail its drivers in the Directories distribution Dept

To date I still await moneys owed to me for my work in Springbok Northen Cape2016, Cleveland Gauteng2016 as well as a reward which was promised by a manager…. Mr Charles Pillay as a result of my meticulous work in Durban Pinetown 2016, which was filmed and I was then called to speak with this gentleman Mr Pillay and upon him viewing it he then applauded my outstanding efforts and promised me a reward…… to my face with a smile. I was called in by Joey a very nice guy, under the false pretence that I was in trouble and said Charles wants to see me, I was scared because I didn’t know what I had done wrong. In December 2016, I called My Charles Pillay asking about my reward as he promised…. He threw the reporting line rule book to my face, asking me where I got his number and I shouldn’t ever call him. Like some important inaccessible person, whose promises are just hot air. It later then becomes shocking to me when for a very long time protesting for my moneys no one seems to take professional responsibility. In August 2016 I did three trips of book moves in Cleveland(GP) where I fetched 5 pallets in three trips from Oom Willie’s Depot in Germiston if not Boksburg….. back to Cleveland Depot. No payment was received by myself for that work. In October 2016 I worked in Springbok Northen Cape where I was the only driver for obvious reasons that drivers are reluctant to travel far but I did and was responsible for that project alone. The Depot manager who was responsible Boitumelo, could not fight for my money after she lost my files for all my work. The then head of depot managers…. Chris was contacted by myself endlessly and he himself gave his word to have my money paid but of course I was the fool as he knew he was leaving trudon and therefore this wouldn’t be his problem no more. I’m owed well over R15000.00 for the Springbok project alone. I intend, should my cry not be heard here, to take this up with superiors of Open serve/Telkom to display to them the utter unprofessionalism and unfair treatment I had to go through as a driver in Trudon. I want my money that’s all and I’m willing to go as far as going to the relevant Ombudsman office and the media if it will help me get my money which I had to literally sweat for in severely hot temperatures of Springbok, temperatures that make even the depot managers not to be around. After working in Springbok I went to go assist Clayton in his depot in Kuruman just to have cash to go home with something, I got that money within weeks and it helped me greatly because without it it would’ve meant I went all day way from Durban to Upington… and then be given a project in Springbok only not to be paid at all. So, Clayton is probably the only manager who always honoured his obligations and paid me for my work. Damn he even helped greatly in numerous occasions where I kept working and fighting for my Springbok money and he kept me up float always lending me serious cash for petrol, paying of my jumpers because if I’m not paid I can’t pay my guys. I write this at the risk of being blacklisted knowing how My Pillay deals with people who fight for what’s rightfully theirs, especially(hellopeterComplainants). I want what’s owed to me
