Trudon and Telkom terrible service

I am being charged for a subscription for months Web 2050 info3 IYP ref ***. Service ref *** No one is able to assist me at Telkom or Trudon. I did not at anytime ask for this and have been trying to cancel this for months. Should I cancel my Telkom line in order to get rid of this charge. Telkom says its not their problem but Trudons. Trudon is always unavailable. Is what Telkom and Trudon doing legal?
