Trudon and telkom

Trudon Yellow pages. Im surprised by the way Trudon Yellow pages works. They add up contracts on my account without my concern. When I tried to call they they tell you there manager will call you back. It's now 6 months I have been trying to resolve this. But with no lucky. When you call telkom they tell u they can't help on the other hand it is also the service provider. I don't even know what to do I'm sitting with credit thay I can't even pay
