Trudon accounts managers are a major pain- what does it take to get one's subscription stopped????

I am truly tired of Trudon calling me to renew a subscription I had for the yellow pages. I have cancelled on numerous occasions. Yet they still call!!

Even though their calls are recorded and I've requested that they take my recording to higher authority, they still call at least twice weekly.

What does it take to get rid of them?
