Truden yellow pages

We sent emails last year also but no one answers it’s absolutely shocking that not one email or any customer service had ever answered all we get is an automotive phone line until now not one reply from the many emails sent over the past year to cancel our contract. We emailed numerous emails to Muriel Makola whose name and email address is on an invoice have never been answered until now and to have the audacity to say we will be blacklisted........... Is there an ombudsman we can contact many unhappy customers trying in vain to cancel accounts!!!!
