Threats to blacklist me for no good reason

Over a year ago Trudon contacted me trying to sell me some advertising. I had had an advert in a booklet that got me 3 phonecalls and cost me R120 per month for a year. They tried to get me to purchase another contract but I clearly showed disinterest. I received bills and responded to each one saying that I never agreed to them. I get an email this morning giving me FINAL NOTICE or they will blacklist me. When I contest, I receive the following email: \Please find attached voice recorded contract dating 03/03/2014 recording id ***
