Threats of Black Listing for listings we did not agree to!

<p>Trudon has sent us a final letter of demand, threatening to Blacklist our company on ITC, for non payment for listings in the Yellow Pages. We never, ever agreed to being listed (we do not sell to the public) and have been trying to cancel these charges for years! We have sent numerous emails and asked every call centre agent that we speak to, to send us proof of agreeing to the listings, and no one can, because no such thing exists. We are now being strong-armed to pay over R5000 in order to keep our reputation and credit rating intact, this is *********! How does Trudon get away with this? Surely you can not even threaten to blacklist a company for a service they never suscribed to?</p>
