Theft from Trudon Digital / Yellow Pages

A very rude Trudon sales agent phoned an employee of the store and asked to confirm an email address. The employee kept repeating that they did not understand what was happening and next thing we know, we got charged by YellowPages for Directory services. They were stupid enough to send us the call recording proving the point that no consent was given.

This is wrong on so many levels but firstly, the employee never consented to anything but we got charged 2 months in a row for directory services that they claim we agreed to. Secondly, Telkom have a policy that only our director can act on behalf of the company. Why does this not apply now?

Definitely going to pursue legal action if we don't get a full credit. Sorry to all those this has happened to.
