Terrible Service - regularly!

Our business has been a Telkom subscriber for close to 30 years. Over the years we have had such poor service (relating to confirmation of adverts/entry and also distribution) from Trudon that for the cost involved we decided not to pay for any additional entries/advertising in the directory. My understanding however, is that we are all entitled to a free light entry for every Telkom line. When I was phoned to confirm our entry I emphasised I did not want to pay for any entry. The result? I cant help feeling it is malicious - despite having 5 Telkom lines, we do not have any entry in the directory! This means that for a whole year our business is not listed. I have faxed and e mailed without any response. On top of this, distribution is appalling and despite the fact that the directory is useful this is negated by the fact that very few people have it.
