Terrible service from Trudon / Yellow Pages

I want to expose the terrible service Trudon has provided to 2 companies. This issue started in the beginning of the year where they all of a sudden decide to charge us extra without any permission what so ever, then we queries it with them and they then advised it was an "auto renewal" and asked if we wanted to cancel it, which we then responded and said yes to cancel it and refund us accordingly. The then said it will be processed but it still showed on the one company it hadnt been cancelled. This happened all just before lockdown, we then sent a mail to query this as due to the pandemic we were all working from home and to this day after sending e-mail after e-mail to ask them to cancel everything. It is now August and we have tried to call 2ce a week for over a month and they are closed due to an "emergency" and no-one responds to any e-mails. This is our company reaching out now to try get some answers.
