TELKOM& TRUDON ARE HUGE BUSINESS THAT ARE RAISING CONCERNS OF THEIR UNWARRANTED CHARGES !!!

Trudon s unreachable & Telkoms not my Business attitude is appalling . I am being charged for a subscription for months Web 2050 info3 IYP .No one is able to assist me at Telkom or Trudon. I did not at anytime ask for this and have been trying to cancel this for months. Should I cancel my Telkom line in order to get rid of this charge. Telkom says its not their problem but Trudons. Trudon is always unavailable. Telkom cannot credit these unwarranted charges and passed the buck to Trudon who has an answering service that say NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU .... so who is going to sort this out !!!! SOON TELKOM WIL BE HANDING THIS OVER FOR NON PAYMENT .... HOW DOES ONE RESOLVE THIS .IS THIS EVEN LEGAL !!!
