Telkom and Trudon - together we can de***** even more!

I have been battling for a month now to get unauthorised amounts removed from my telkom acount. I did not give permission for this amount to be added to my Telkom account, I phoned Trudon as per Telkom's instructions, they told me to send an email, which I did, to date have not heard back from them and guess what... the new invoice also has this unauthorised amount on it. I have not paid last month's account as I was waiting for them to rectify this amount, I am so angry at this blatant ***** and *******ion.
