SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED - But Ignored

We are once again confronted with an annual subscription which we addressed last year to be taken off. Copied the email cancelling the subscription to Trudon - to no avail. <br> A telecom with a Receptionist who has no authority to implement contracts is NOT ACCEPTABLE.<br> Very underhanded approach.<br> <br> This was not requested, nor approved by our company. Furthermore it's an impossible task to get hold of someone who will be able to assist with this query. Absolute ghastly service from Trudon.
