Still can't change a phone number

After my previous report where I detailed Trudon's inability to change my company's phone number in the online white pages I received the standard apology and a promise that it would be fixed.<br> <br> Of course the old number is still there online and they have not managed to change it.<br> <br> If Trudon can't even change the phone number in an online directory they manage then I wonder if they can do anything at all.<br> <br> Incompetence of this company is one of a kind.
