Stay away from TRUDON!!

I have been receiving a bill from telkom for many years for my email and landline services. I am being charged an exorbitant amount for directory services, after doing some digging it seems as though these charges are coming from a company called Trudon. I have no recollection of ever signing up for the services or requesting them. For the past year I have been trying to remove these services however each time I am told a form will be sent to me, but no form as of yet. I have tried not paying my telkom account but then my services get turned off. I am seriously unhappy with the services offered and honestly flabbergasted that someone can "*****" my money so easily. Its an absolute ****!
