Seriously Unprofessional!!

I have sent 5 emails and not had a response to any of them. I've tried following up on the link that is given, that doesn't work. I've tried Phoning their Jo'Burg office that doesn't work. I've tried phoning a completely separate 031 number just to get someone telling me to send an email?? I wish it was possible to give no stars. When will someone actually wake up and answer queries??? Even though we are billed monthly for this pointless service (who even looks at the yellow pages anymore?) When I received our April bill I see that we have been charged for almost a further year, in 1 lump sum! Seriously unprofessional! Steer Clear!
