Why is there no rating about if you see this company run away? I subscribed to their service in 2020 paid the deposit and thought it would be 3 month deal, and afterwards receives no statement whatsoever from them. From 2021 they start sending the invoice again, however, the email they sent was not frequently checked upon/nor was the email address I used to contact them. I responded last year, no reply, the telephone number on their website has been cut off since last year, and NO ONE responded to the matter so I was left behind. Today I received an SMS saying they have sent my debt to collection company. Tried to contact the person and went through. The rude person said the deal was for a year, and threatened my life will be ruined if I choose to not pay the account. I didn't receive a statement or invoice from 2020, nor anyone responsible called and remind for the account, how should it account? Moreover, no lease was actually signed for, the document they sent does not include how long the package will be and now they want me to pay? Is this in line with consumer protection act?
